Never Buy this Fashion Essential Again!

August 22, 2015

Destroyed denim has been the most overpriced purchase in everyone’s wardrobe for the longest. Seriously, stop buying destroyed jeans, they will get there on their own. If not, you can certainly speed up the process.

Don’t get me wrong I have been tempted many times to spend $60+ on a pair of chic destroyed jeans but I had to give myself a reality check…

They are so fun and easy to create and you can make them the exact destroyed style you want.

I had a lot of inspiration when making these jeans and pretty much did every destroyed style I could think of other than bleaching because I like the animal print on the jeans.

From frayed bottoms to large holes and little rips, these were so fun to make.

I bought these jeans at Machine s for about $20 and never wore them, I kept looking at them in my closet and didn’t understand why I even bought them and now they’re one of my favorite pair of jeans.

Destroyed jeans are the perfect to make any look more casual. My favorite black blazer brings a contemporary appeal by Bar III.

If there is one near you do not underestimate their great brands and deals. I usually don’t shop at department stores but Macy’s is one of my favorites because of these great finds!

I used to think Macy’s was kind of an overpriced store for older women but it is a semi-secret gem!

seriously, so detailed.

Hahaha absolutely agreed about the destroy jeans, getting one for $60 is totally not worth it! I rather do it by myself (: X

I hardly wear jeans & I’d be way too scared to start “destroying” stuff in my closet. The last “DIY” I attempted was adding another hole to my belt & even that didn’t turn out well haha but you did such a great job with those jeans. I love how you ripped a big hole into one leg & shredded the other one. It really looks so good!

I have to confess that I never bought a pair of destroyed jeans, but I like them! I liked the pair you are wearing and the top is great, too! I think that I would’t be that talented to create a destroyed pair of jeans – may sound easy, but I don’t think I could! You look very beautiful, really classy pictures!
